Heavy duty hose for cooling water in Furnace, specially designed for service in Steel Mills. Resistant to heat radiation and splashes of white hot material.

Temperature Range: 40^oC to 130^oC.
The fiber glass resists radiant heat up to +530^oC.

Size Available: Starting from 12 mm up to 450 mm in different manufacturing lengths.

Cable protection and cooling hose specially designed to work where is required a product resistant to heat raiation, open flames, splashes of hot metal.

Main Characteristics:
- Textile reinforced
- Abrasion resistant tube to facilitate cable insert
- Insulating and, if requested, resistant to electrical perforation
- Usually assembled with band-it or steel rings

Application & Use:
Blowing Cokes into Furnace during:
- Shot Blasting
- Sand Blasting
- Blowing Mending material into blast furnace

Life of Hose:
- Only light abrasion damage after 300 charges
- Available up to 100 mm ID

Application:
Injection of natural gas for combustion into the blast furnace and conveying of cooling water from main pipe to pipes installed on the walls of the blast furnace.
